We take pride in shining light on those who are '“Making a Difference” in our community. Each year, we celebrate local individuals who are impacting change in Indianapolis and beyond!
Since 2003, we have shared with our summer camp scholars, profiles of local (along with national) people, who have accomplished great things in the areas of Education, Business, Philanthropy, Community Leadership and Public Service. Their stories have become a permanent part of our Legacy Series, helping our campers to learn, grow, and connect with their community.
On Tuesday, November 14, 2023, we recognized our 2023 Honorees at the newly renovated Madam Walker Legacy Center Ballroom.
